Abstracts can only be submitted via the online portal. Submissions sent by other means (mail, e-mail, etc.) will not be accepted.

RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Contact details: To upload your abstract, please fill in the contact details form first. All subsequent communication will be addressed to this registered author.
  • To submit an abstract: Please fill in all the necessary information according to the instructions below.
  • Edit Abstract: If you do not submit your abstract using the submit button, your abstract will be saved as a draft. You can edit and submit the paper afterwards.
    Please note: Abstracts that are in concept status after the deadline cannot be processed and therefore will not be considered for selection and inclusion in the conference program.
  • Changes and corrections: In order to make corrections, the abstract must be withdrawn and you must submit (upload) a new version before the deadline. Please note that such replacement of your abstract is not possible after the deadline.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your abstract. If you do not receive it, please check your spam and bulk mail folder. If you do not find the confirmation email there either, please contact the Congress Secretariat at ps2026.abs@aimgroup.eu.
  • Once submitted, the abstract will be reviewed by the evaluation committee of the relevant section.
  • Withdrawing an abstract: If you wish to withdraw (remove/delete from the system) an abstract that has already been submitted, please notify us as soon as possible at ps2026.abs@aimgroup.eu. Please provide the title and number of the abstract to be deleted.
  • Withdrawals are accepted after the submission deadline.


Submit an abstract:
Language: Foreign authors should submit abstracts in English. Czech and Slovak authors should submit abstracts in Czech or Slovak language, if interested they can also add an English version.
Title of abstract: maximum 25 words.
Abstract text: maximum 500 words.
Topics: Select the primary and secondary topic section choices that best match your abstract. The topic section may be changed by the Scientific Committee.
